Baked Tomato-Sauce Fish

6-8 pieces of flounder (or any white fish)
1 whole package of Trader Joes’ marinated cherry tomatoes
Quarter of a can of crushed tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
Sprinkle of parsley
1. Distribute marinated tomatoes evenly on top of each piece of fish.
2. Pour the rest of the ingredients over the fish.
3. Bake uncovered at 400° F for 20 minutes.
