Can be eaten as a crunchy snack or a great addition to your salad!




Cubed challah, left out overnight to dry

4 Tbsp melted butter or Earth Balance  

1 tsp or a drizzle of olive oil

½ tsp granulated garlic 

½ tsp granulated onion 

½ tsp parsley flakes 

¼ tsp sea salt 


Toss ingredients together and bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Toss the croutons and continue baking until golden and toasted.
