By Adina Yaakov — @OnceUponaThyme__
Ingredients:
3 pre-baked 6” pizza doughs
1 cup cooked shredded brisket
1 Tbsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup honey
¼ cup yellow mustard
1 large white onion, sliced thin
1 tsp oil
½ cup red onion, sliced thin
1 bunch scallions, cleaned and cut small
½ cup fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place brisket in a glass baking dish or tin and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.
While the brisket is baking, prepare the other components. Sauté the white onion in oil until caramelized and golden, about 15- 20 minutes, being careful not to burn. Set aside.
Crisp the pre-cooked doughs in the oven for 6 minutes on 400°.
When brisket is done baking and cooled, use a fork to pull apart and shred.
Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl, and use a pastry brush to apply a thin and even layer on the doughs.
Now we begin to layer the ingredients: Divide and place the pulled beef among the 3 doughs.
Add the sautéed onions, raw red onion slices, and scallions. Top off with parsley.
Cut into triangles and serve warm.
