¼ tsp black pepper

¼ cup honey

¼ cup yellow mustard

1 large white onion, sliced thin

1 tsp oil

½ cup red onion, sliced thin

1 bunch scallions, cleaned and cut small

½ cup fresh parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. Place brisket in a glass baking dish or tin and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  3. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.

  4. While the brisket is baking, prepare the other components. Sauté the white onion in oil until caramelized and golden, about 15- 20 minutes, being careful not to burn. Set aside.

  5. Crisp the pre-cooked doughs in the oven for 6 minutes on 400°.

  6. When brisket is done baking and cooled, use a fork to pull apart and shred.

  7. Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl, and use a pastry brush to apply a thin and even layer on the doughs.

  8. Now we begin to layer the ingredients: Divide and place the pulled beef among the 3 doughs.

  9. Add the sautéed onions, raw red onion slices, and scallions. Top off with parsley.

  10. Cut into triangles and serve warm.
