Next Level Arugula Salad

Salad Ingredients:

1 box arugula, rinsed and dried well

6-7 figs, quartered

¼ cup pine nuts, toasted on a parchment-lined baking sheet on 350° for a couple of minutes

Lamb bresaola, crisped in the oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet on 400° for 10-12 minutes, cooled and sliced on top

Harissa Dressing:

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 heaping Tbsp harissa spice

Sprinkle of salt

 

Directions:

Whisk, or just shake up in a mason jar!
